Speed: Can be increased by abilities or items.
Items increase the base speed by a certain amounts. Boots of Speed gives a flat +.2 speed that adds to the player's speed. Cape of withdrawal grants a 33% speed increase. It is unknown if the cape grants a 33% increase before or after the boots and other modifiers.
