Aside from the main release branch, from time to time test branches are available. These might contain experimental fixes, or upcoming content that is still in the testing phase. The main source for information about these branches will be announcements on the official discord, this page is purely for information about how to change branches within your game client.
STEAM
- Right click on the game in your library and select Properties.
- Select the BETAS Tab at the top of the window
- From the Drop Down select the branch you are switching to, you don't need to enter a Code.
- If you have been given a code, enter it in the box to unlock additional options in the drop down menu
- Close the dialogue and the game should begin updating to the selected branch and you will see the name of the branch after the game name in your steam library.
