When you play the fountain multiple times, multiple results below will be combined.

After Unlocking the fountain in town, you will be able to throw money into it. The money thrown in will stay in the fountain through different runs and cannot be removed.
When you get a “something happened” result, this means that both 1 positive event and 1 negative event are added to the stack of effects. "Something great happened" indicates 2 positive events happened, while "something horrible happened" means 2 negative events are added to the stack. Once all effects of either the positive or negative pools have been rolled, additional rolls will do nothing.<br>

The money in the fountain determines the maximum cost fortune you can activate. Fortune cost is capped at 200M gold. You can throw money into the fountain in chunks of 50, 100, 500, 1000, and 10,000 gold.
If you are playing multiplayer each player's fountain results will effect the run. Unless otherwise noted or mentioned, it is customary for any player that is not the host to leave the fountain alone.

Upon selecting and paying for your fortune, you cannot change the fortune without entering the tower and dying or quitting back to the main menu.
